Basic information security policy
Asurion Japan K.K. will continue to improve and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS) to protect the information assets of our customers and company.
While working on this, we will focus heavily on the following points:
1. We will work to uphold and enhance information security with our employees, stakeholders, and board members
2. We will plan and implement appropriate information security measures (human, physical, and technical) to prevent and suppress security incidents such as information leakage, unauthorized access, destruction, tampering, etc.
3. In the event of a security incident, such as information leakage, we will promptly take corrective measures and report the situation to relevant stakeholders without delay.
4. We will continuously conduct internal education and activities to raise awareness.
5. We will continuously improve and review management systems and information security measures by monitoring, auditing, and reviewing these systems.
6. We will comply with laws, regulations, guidelines, in-house rules, and contracts related to information security involving external affiliated organizations.
